Who is entitled
Anyone who can't use their own car because of the damage – private individuals and companies alike. The replacement car should match the class of your vehicle, as it's meant to replace what you've lost.
For how long
Under the at-fault driver's OC you are entitled to a replacement car for the duration of the repair and, with a total loss, for the time needed to buy another car (courts usually link this to the date the compensation is paid), as long as the rental is justified during that time.

Costs
0 zł – we settle the rental with the at-fault driver's insurer.
Free repair and a free replacement car apply to claims under the at-fault driver's OC once their insurer accepts liability – to the extent it accepts. For AC claims the rules depend on your policy; we'll discuss them before we start.
